All pads are made from all weather marine grade carpet, similar to that used on cricket pitches. More info...
All components that come into contact with the animal are manufactured from 304 Stainless Steel. More info...
The main truss is made from large section galvanised high-tensile RHS steel, which has enabled the design to be more open than ever before. More info...

In the past the main truss structure has been a maze of overhead beams and the cause of many injuries to both the horse and rider. Simtrack gates have eliminated all internal support bars. The result is a uniquely open structure that is far less claustrophobic.
In order to provide the maximum level of safety possible, Simtrack also fit an easily removable foam covered stainless steel pull up bar. This light 12mm bar provides the ultimate compromise as a non-obtrusive object to assist riders and jockeys.
The bar is extremely flexible and safe, yet designed to enable a jockey or the heaviest of handlers to pull themselves out of harms way should they get into trouble.
SIMTRACK has designed both front and rear gates to have much lower ground clearance than normal. More info...
The loading of horses needs to be done as quickly as possible with little or no hold ups, as starting the race on time is critical. More info...
The SIMTRACK gate has been designed with the highest quality components, and the desire to create a barrier that requires little or no maintenance. More info...
There are many options available with the SIMTRACK gate which can assist operation and customise it to your exact needs. We offer fixed gates, or towable from one end, or both! Components like gates or head guards can be altered to match what best suits you. We can make our barriers road towable, so it may be transported long distances between tracks. The operating system can be manual or electric with the further option of remote control! In fact we can cater for any requirement to make your barrier operate exactly as you want it to. See the Optional Extras section for more information.
